Much like embroidery, the outline below is intended to be a hands-on guide or screen printing for the more advanced, hands-on clients. While some have the working knowledge of the production process and are looking for details, this will undoubtedly be foreign to others. GENERAL DETAILS AND PRICING GUIDE FOR CONTRACT SCREEN PRINTING
Screen charges: New Orders: $20.00 per color. Free Screens on New orders over 500pcs. Re-orders: $10.00 per color. Free Screens on Re-orders over 144 pcs.
Non-standard item or location such as a sleeve, pant leg or bag: $0.20 cents additional
Flashing: Additional $0.20 cents for printing on dark items. This may also be required on multiple color prints on light items, as well.
Special effect ink: Additional $0.20 cents per location for neon, metallic, puff, vinyl, nylon. Glow in the dark & reflective $0.35 per location.
Foil: Request for quote. Typically, $1.50 per application
Ink color changes: $15.00 for change over (example 1/2 of order in red ink and 1/2 in black ink using same screen)
PMS color match: Available as needed. No Charge if the PMS is supplied
Custom color match: $20.00 per color
Tagging: Additional $0.25 cents per item
Delivery: 8-10 business day turnaround time. Timeline is contingent upon receipt of Goods, PO & art approvals.
Printing on fleece or 100% Polyester: Additional $0.20 cents per item
Printing on mesh jerseys: Double the normal print price
Printing transfers: additional $0.50 ea (1 color print only)
Printing on or above a pocket: Add $0.50 cents per item
Names and/or Numbers on shirts: Price upon request
Camera-ready or vector artwork: No charge if proper quality files including format and resolution are provided.
Original art / color separation: $50 per hour / Typesetting services available at $20 per hour
4-color process separations: Submit Request for proposal.
Spoilage: On all contract work with the customer supplied goods, the customer assumes losses of up to 2% or 4 items whichever is greater, on all orders. While we take every caution to prevent breakage, we are not responsible for post bleeding on any polyester or polyester blended items.
